First Post to Karl's Life Journey in the African Diaspora

The purpose of my Blog is to help record my life's scholarship, work, good times, and travel throughout my life time and to share it with the world. Hopeful my Blog can lead to serious discussion on the people and culture of the African Diaspora and is the beginning of a memoir that I hope to write later in life. My mission is to make the essential cultural and physical connections with black Africa and its African Diaspora to the Americas, Asia, Caribbean, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Pacific Island Nations, and Europe.
